From May 2026, World Cocktail Months arrives at The William Inglis Hotel and extends beyond the glass for the first time. Partnering with Chef Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij, awarded World’s Best Female Chef 2025, MGallery Hotel ventures into bold culinary dialogue where mixology meets Michelin Star gastronomy. With an exclusively curated bar bites & cocktail menu, guests are invited to immerse themselves in a pairing concept that highlights taste, texture and creativity.
Voyage through a refined culinary and cocktail journey and discover 220 years of cocktail history, inspired by the spirit of MGallery Collection. Together with Chef Pam, MGallery reimagines the art of the bar to bring an experience that celebrates memorable moments, sensory discovery and the timeless ritual of gathering over exceptional food and drink.
Available in The Newmarket Room and 1867 Bar & Lounge at The William Inglis Hotel until the end of August 2026.
